We are committed to providing high quality training and programmes that make a positive difference for the people your organisation works with.  We recognise the importance of a trauma informed relational approach which integral to all the services we offer.

The Up2U Programmes were developed by our Founder, Amy Ford, whilst she was working at Portsmouth City Council and have been delivered in Portsmouth since 2014.  The programmes are now used in 12 areas across England and Scotland, with over 300 practitioners trained in this approach and 100s of successful outcomes.

Programmes2Change is an exciting new company established to further develop the Up2U approach and to offer greater support to the organisations working with us.  We look forward to working with both existing and new organisations in this new chapter.

North Lanarkshire Council have worked in partnership with Amy Ford since 2018. This partnership has led to the successful implementation of UP2U across both Justice and Children and Family Social Work services in North Lanarkshire. The suite of UP2U resources have enabled our local authority to provide a trauma informed approach to behaviour change work both for mandated individuals and non-mandated individuals and their families. Our UP2U service continues to evolve and develop in North Lanarkshire with the support and guidance from Programmes2Change.

Really enjoyed this training. The content was very informative with some really great tools to use. It was fun made so by Amy who is very experienced and engaged her audience with such knowledge and enthusiasm which made us feel all at ease and willing to learn.
