The Up2U® suite of behaviour‑change programmes provides practitioners with clear, trauma‑informed, relational interventions for working with individuals, couples and families experiencing difficulties in their lives and relationships. Each programme is designed to be practical, accessible and grounded in real‑world practice — supporting safer conversations, stronger engagement and meaningful change.
Developed by our founder, Amy Ford, Up2U® has grown from a local innovation in Portsmouth to a nationally recognised approach used across England and Scotland. Over 400 practitioners have been trained in the model, contributing to hundreds of successful outcomes for the people they support.
Up2U® programmes are built on the belief that behaviour change happens when people feel:
Every programme integrates:
The result is a suite of interventions that practitioners can use immediately and confidently — even in complex, emotionally charged or high‑risk contexts.
Up2U® has demonstrated:
The programmes continue to evolve, shaped by research, practitioner feedback and real‑world experience.
Because it is:
Up2U® meets people where they are — and helps them move forward safely, at a pace that feels achievable.
