At Programmes2Change, we believe that confident, well‑supported practitioners create safer, more meaningful change for the individuals and families they work with. How Our Training Works

Our training is designed to be engaging, accessible and grounded in the realities of frontline work. We focus on:

1. Relational, trauma‑aware learning

We model the same relational principles we teach — safety, curiosity, compassion and clarity.

2. Practical tools you can use immediately

Every session includes tools, exercises and frameworks that practitioners can take straight into their work.

3. Real‑world scenarios

We use examples drawn from practice to help practitioners build confidence in managing complexity, risk and emotion.

4. Support beyond the training room

Through our member community, consultation sessions and fidelity support, we stay connected with teams to ensure learning embeds over time.
